A few things you should know to enhance your experience!
Please:
Remove shoes at the door. Storage is provided for personal belongings. Please no street shoes on the black mat.
Please turn cell phone to silent.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to class to sign in, settle in, and center.
Class times are prompt. No late admittance as this is disruptive to others.
Bring your own mat. Limited mats available for use at studio.
Wear comfortable clothing.
If you have a health issue (illness, injury, or medical condition), please notify your instructor before class.
All classes are 18+ (ages 14-17 with guardian permission).
No refunds for online bookings. Drop-in classes and in-studio payment are available up to 15 minutes before class time for those who need flexibility.
Please Pre-Register for Workshops. TALA reserves the right to cancel workshops that have very low attendance. E-Mail and social media notifications will be sent if a workshop is canceled. Please contact 314.737.2561 with any questions.
TALA is a safe and inclusive space. Yoga and other fitness classes are non-competitive and non-judgmental. Please be kind and respectful to other participants.
No experience or flexibility is required to practice yoga. Yoga is for everyone.
